American Greetings has the WORST customer service of any company that I have dealt with in the last two years. When my credit card number was stolen and my bank asked me to call companies with monthly charges on my card, I vainly tried to contact someone at American Greetings...NOT. There was no greeting - just an endless stream of useless voice messages that were not helpful nor did they resolve my concern - even after 20 minutes on the telephone. There was no human voice or personal touch. Worst of all - this company doesn\'t walk its own talk.

Please cancel my membership and I\'ll just chalk this up to a bad learning experience. In addition, I won\'t ever purchase another paper greeting card from your firm. To make
