I want to UNSUBSCRIBE the Complete Phone Backup Service. Somwhere in May I went to the Maxis Centre in Bandar Sunway, Seberang Jaya, Penang and had it unsubscribed. But today, AGAIN.. I received another message saying that my Complete Phone Backup subscription of RM2 will be renewed in 3 days. I want to UNSUBSCIBE and I do not want to receive any same messages again fron maxis, please.

I have received the brand new Apple iphone 4 16GB White on 28.5.11. Same day, I found that this unit was No power, will not boot & unusually warm. This error was appeared before using, means it was manufacturer defect. I sent back to KLCC Maxis on 28.5.11 to get the new unit for exchange. Unfortunately no stock, as per Mr. Ravindran (Technical Manager)promised, he committed within 4 days I can get the new unit (latest by 2.6.11). I did follow up with the customer service (1919), they informed that need to take 2 weeks time. It is not acceptable, they suppose to change with the new unit immediately. I agreed to wait for 4 days, not 14 days. No matter how, I need to get the replacement unit by to day or latest by tomorrow. No any excuse & reason is acceptable by me. Kindly replace by brand new in white color, if not available for 16GB, please give me 32GB without any top up payment. Maxis should take responsibility in this matter. I am the consumer, money paid then waited for 3 weeks for this unit, but it was no function. Please settle with immediate action. I NEED IT BY TODAY / LATEST BY TOMORROW, PLEASE..........
