Does anyone know what they are doing at Samsung\'s customer support? Two days ago I called with an issue only to be told to call a different number for help, I did and to my surprise the number I was given was Atlantic Limousine Company! I called Samsung back told them what had happenned and they didn\'t seem too bothered that I was given the wrong number, when I told them they may want to double check there telephone numbers before another samsung customer is inconvenienced they didn\'t even comment.

Eventually I went online and discovered a samsung forum which told me how to get my google search back, it was so easy, and apparently lots of people have accidently deleated there google search so why don\'t these customer support people know how to do anything? Isn\'t the point of having a support line is for customers to call and get umm support!!? I think part of the problem is that they DO NOT listen! My other issue with my samsung galazy was not being able to get rid of my unlock pattern I explained to 2 different reps that the check mark would not unclick and they kept having me to do the same things over & over even after I repeatly told them the problem was the check mark not being able to unclick. The worst part was when I initally called I took my battery out to give them the model number of my phone and because it took a couple of moments for my phone to turn back on the representative put me on hold and never came back! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I told the second representative about his rude co-worker all he did was give a lame I\'m sorry. I know it\'s not his fault but you could tell by his tone that he really didn\'t care.

Just as I was begining to lose faith in these reps I was once again transferred to another person; Nairi and she was AMAZING! She was patient,she listened and guess what she figured out what was wrong! The end result was good but Samsung you really need to step it up and hire more than one person that knows what they are doing!

Why is it I log on with all the right info and after I\'m logged on it says I\'m using the service for the first time and all I get is this?

I cant get any farther... and there is no contact or directions to get the support I need by email, or otherwise that I can find on the web site. Shouldn\'t support be more clear or available. No, I do not use my cell phone for service calls, they are not confidential. I have heard other peoples conversations (lawyer to client), and I feel most issues can be done on line.

I have a Samsung Plasma TV (Model HP-T4254)which purchased in 2007.It has great picture and we all like it. But it power off constantly and have noise from last week. Please tell me where to fix it or where to buy the power unit for that model TV.

Dear Sir,
I am Madan Mohan Prasad (09431067061), I have purchased a LED TV (Model No. : - UA27D5000NRLXL & Serial No.:-- MQ113PBB400854) on Saturday 28/05/2011 from Aditya Vision Showroom, Kulharia complex at Patna. I purchased TV for Siwan my present residential place (Behind P. Devi Nursing Home, Tarwara more) then they used to tell me that they will provide all the services at Siwan. They sent a Engineer on Tuesday 31/05/2011. The Engineer did wall mounting that day but unable to give a demo of that LED TV. Then he told us that the Audio In/Out device is damaged.( And the TV is also emitting Light From the bottom center of the TV because of this you can’t watch the picture of night shade clearly.) Then he told us to purchase Audio In/Out device from Patna. Then I call the Aditya Vision Showroom about this. Then they told me that lodge a complaint then Engineer will visit again within 2 days and change the device and give you a proper demo. So I did complaint, but still awaiting for the Engineer. I regularly call the service center (B. K. Singh - 09334964640) but when they receive the call the only reply they convey us is that Right now we have no device whenever I receive the device then the Engineer will visit your site. I am listening this message from last 4 days, today I again called them, then the reply is same and told me to purchase the device then engineer will visit your site within 2 days. I received a call on Friday 03/06/2011 from customer care (No.:-- +911204028200) regarding the problem they told us that the Engineer will visit soon but still awaiting.
So tell me what I will do, if this is your service then I will never use any Samsung Product in near future and never suggest my college/family persons to use Samsung Products. We are not happy with your service. If you are able to provide me the services immediately then it is ok, otherwise I will take some hard action and refund my LED TV too.

Greetings;

We publish various magazines and were away on business for several days and in 2009 during our absence, there was a power failure and our refrigerator did not come back on once power was restored.

I called the number on our owner’s manual 1 800 726 7864 and gave our Model # RB193KASW & SR# 221941AQ400880D to the lady who answered the call.She informed me that after a power failure we would have to unplug the frig for about 30 minutes and then plug it back in, we did this and the unit worked.

Since my conversation with her our power has gone out over 25 times as we live the country.
4 times we have been away for 3-5 days only to return and find all our food ruined.
The frig looks and operates great, save the power reset malfunction.

We were at one of the box stores discussing our concerns with a salesman who said that SAMSUNG policy should have sent a service rep to fix the problem.

June 30th 2011,I called the 1800 number to request a service rep to fix the problem and was told our warranty had expired some time ago he was sympathetic however could do nothing to help me. I asked to speak to a person of higher authority and the manager came on the phone, his first name is Armando however he also did not have the authority to help us and advised me to contact the Office Of the President of Samsung via his email address; oop.samsung@samsung.com It seems that he was playing a prank on me, perhaps you can look into this matter for me as this is not a valid email address.

If the original lady had instructed me to unplug the frig and reset it and if this did not fix the problem, to call her back and a service technician would come and fix the unit, I would have do so however; she just said to repeat the procedure after each power outage.

I realize that now our unit is out of warranty however there are extenuating circumstances involved. We would sincerely appreciate your assistance in this matter.
