I called in to advise Sonic that, as a diabetic, it was very important to me to get the correct iced tea. On several occasions I had ordered unsweetened iced tea and had been given sweet tea. I spoke to two customer service reps and asked them to train their people on the importance of listening to the order. Since that day I have gone to the Fullerton California location at least 3 times per week,and have always been given the correct tea.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening and caring. You got it RIGHT.

I have been a customer of sonic for 30+ years. lately I\'ve been very disappointed in the food and service. Last night my boyfriend and I waited almost 20 minutes for our food to be delivered. The food was okay. Today at 1:30 p.m. my french fries were soggy and not cooked-as though they had been dropped in the oil and quickly removed. My boyfriend ordered #1 with no mustard and they added mustard and left off the mayo. Even the iced tea no longer tastes fresh. It\'s disappointing to spend money on food that is not the quality it once was.

Not only me but lots of members of our family are so very disappointed that you discontinues the (CHEDDAR PEPPERS) We bought several orders every week and now can\'t find any other fast food restaurant who has them that tastes as good as yours. We also bought other food when we went for the peppers but have no reason to go there if we can\'t buy them. Hope you get them back. pcarder@cox.net , Patsy Carder

I don\'t understand how we can order a Sonic Sunrise and flat out be told that you simply don\'t carry it anymore. One of your marketing strategies is that the drink combinations # in the thousands!! So, it didn\'t make sense that the particular drink combo for the Sonic Sunrise simply can\'t (won\'t???) be done.
Not only is this horrible customer service (and lost you a sale today), but it also closely resembles False Advertisement.
Terribly, terribly disappointed.

Bought a strawberry shake this am, it had shoppers cream
And a cherry. They said this is the NEW makings
Of the shakes. Leave them like they were. My
Toppings went into the trash. You should leave the price
As it was, along with the original way the shake was
Made.
