As a lifelong \"public servant\' and retired K-12 school administrator, I am appalled at the random, sporadic, and rude comed customer service management. After being transferred around and left on hold for 65 minutes today, a supervisor \"dropped\" my call.
This is an unacceptable amount of time for us to be without power considering we were not even hit by the storm last night. It has been approximately 12 hours without power. Totally unacceptable.
